A series of interactive workshops, where learning comes as much from the activities as the instruction. Accelerators and other intermediary organizations will likely get the most value out of this content. Topics include: 1. Designing your business prototype (new product or service concepts), and 2. Prototype refinement and preparing for launch.
Measuring impact is important for businesses to ensure they are achieving their purpose and to enable them to tell their story. SPRING Accelerator's M&E approach is designed to build business' M&E capacity while collecting information needed for programme learning and reporting. In this module entrepreneurs will learn how to 1. define how their business will achieve impact for girls, and 2. plan how to measure it.
This report covers SPRING Accelerator's learning so that other accelerators, programmes, donors and ecosystem-builders can build on our experience to better support businesses to innovate for impact. We covered so much ground that we decided to break up our learning into four sub-themes: the human-centred design process, business models for girl impact, accelerator design and investment.
