This document is an evaluation of a project carried out by Digital Opportunity Trust in Ethiopia to support youth and women-owned MSEs. The evaulation assessed whether or not the project met its stated objectives and if participants recieved services as expected. It includes lessons learned and recommendations for future interventions.
